Cho vào máy nhồi và ủ bột bánh mì gồm: 250g bột mì, 1 quả trứng, 120ml nước và 3g men nở, bật máy cho nhồi mịn bột. Sau đó ủ cho bột nở gấp đôi.
Hành lá thái nhỏ. Gừng băm nhỏ. Thịt heo, cà tím, ớt chuông thái nhỏ hạt lựu.
Đun nóng ít dầu ăn, cho gừng băm và đầu hành lá vào phi thơm. Cho thịt heo, 20g sốt ớt đậu cay vào đảo đều.
Khi thịt chín săn lại thì cho cà tím, ớt chuông đảo đều tay. Khi ớt và cà chín dịu xuống thì nêm hạt nêm cho vừa miệng, xào tiếp 1-2 phút thì tắt bếp.
Khi bột ủ nở gắp đôi thì nhồi sơ qua rồi chia khối bột thành 9 phần đều nhau. Rây bột chống dính rồi dùng cán cán mỏng tròn.
Tiếp đến múc một ít nhân thịt vào giữa gói kín lại. Cách gói bánh tùy thích nhé!
Xếp bánh vào xửng hấp, để yên khoảng 20-30 phút cho bột tiếp tục nở. Sau đó đun sôi xửng, hấp bánh khoảng 15-20 phút là chín nhé!
