Hành rửa sạch cắt nhỏ. Tỏi lột vỏ rồi bằm nhuyễn. Đập 2 quả trứng vịt vào một chén rồi đánh trứng thật đều.
Bắt một cái chảo lên bếp cho vào khoảng 1 muỗng dầu ăn, rồi trán đều chảo. Cho tỏi đã bằm nhuyễn vào chảo, xào đến khi tỏi vàng đều. Sau đó cho thịt heo xay vào đảo liên tục cho đến khi chín hẳn, thì cho trứng đã đánh vào chảo rồi trộn đều hỗn hợp. Khi trứng đã chín hẵn thì tiếp tục cho nữa muỗng cà phê muối, nữa muỗng cà phê tiêu và hành lá đã cắt sẵn vào chảo rồi đảo đều 1 lần nữa thì tắt bếp.
Trải bánh mì tròn hay còn gọi là Tortilla lên thớt hoặc dĩa. Sau đó cho hỗn hợp trứng thịt vào giữa bánh rồi trải đều 60 gram phô mai nhuyễn lên mặt. Sau đó gói bánh lại thật chặt, ôm hết phần nhân.
Sau đó bắt chảo lên rồi áp chảo phần bánh vừa cuộn, đến khi phần bánh vàng mặt như hình dưới thì lấy ra.
Lúc này đặt bánh lên thớt rồi cắt đôi và bày ra dĩa là bạn có thể thưởng thức ngay. Chúc các bạn thành công!
