The best way you can do it, and healthiest way, is to start working out. you don't have to run necessarily, though it'd be healthier, but it's much more time consuming. All you really need is bench press, squats, and dead lift, and if you really want that mid section to look good, weighted situps. Using weighted resistance gets more work in for less reps, which means you also shave time, and it helps activate more of the stuff that converts protein and food you digest into muscle as opposed to fat. It takes up to an hour, but if you keep steady at two workouts a week for an hour each that alone is enough to shave fat and build muscle.

captain here. you just need to study a little bit about food, chemical reactions in the body and to treat your body as the machine it is. Forget excercise, calories and shit, a healthy fueled body can cope with all the food unless you are 40+. I got from 85kg to 75kg eating like 2 people and working a 10hr sedentary job (2 months period but i didn't wanted to loose weight, it just applied some stuff i lernt). try Dr Berg channel on iutuv, is a good start. sorry for my bad english, should have been sleeping like 3hrs ago... flies away~

Im having hard time gaining weight because my skin breaks out on almost anything junk/sweet i eat and trust me id eat myself fat if i wasnt taking care of my skin. My main menu is like water/chicken/oats/eggs/meat/nuts/rice/greens and its fairly good for staying in shape or even gaining muscle, but sometimes i have to force feed and i dont like it, id love to go with high calorie junk sometimes so i have to eat less
